$150K US Job vs PH Retirement

Please briefly explain why you feel this question should be reported.
Currently make $7,500 in retirement at 35 years old. Moved to the Philippines 6 months ago to retire. Got a job offer to make $150,000 a year starting pay. Should I do it?

Do pray tell, what kind of job would pay you that much in the Philippines. I personally know Governors in the Philippines that do not earn that much money, and I even doubt most members of congress earn that much. Are you going to the Philippines to be the next President of the country? In the Philippines members of the upper class that earn $20,000.00 per year are part of the top 1%. In the Philippines you would never, not ever open you mouth about having that kind of money . You could very well lose your life over it even for $2,000.00 let alone $150,000.00 per year.
