How do I go about buying a house or property in the Philippines off of the water, and how much will it cost? I am from the USA.

    Very easy. Step #1— Marry a Filipino Woman.. Step #2—Give her the money to buy the house, (Non-Philippine citizens can not own property in the Philippines). Step #3— move in and have a happy life.. Good luck to you, moving here was the best decision in my life..

    if you want a cool and quite place to live here in the Philippines, ,, better find it in provinces and it cant cost you a lot of money,,, the property you want to buy here in the Philippines ,the value depends of the place,,,,there are so many foreigners married and live here in CEBU☺️♥️
