It's a beautiful place with a lot of beautiful scenery and a nice boulevard. You can walk from the boulevard all the way to Fort Pilar which is where they hold the Catholic Mass. They have their federal reserve bank in Zamboanga, it's a big attractive building. There are streets such as Michelle del Mar & Paseo del Mar which are loaded with restaurants and places where you can eat and listen to live music right beside the ocean. Fort Pilar is one of the oldest forts in the Philippines left over from the Spanish colonial days. There is also the Changi or the Marketplace, where you can buy from a wide selection of fruits.
