Please briefly explain why you feel this question should be reported.
There was a poor squat outside my subdivision & I noticed many inhabitants seemed to act crazy or commit crazy crimes at times. Are many squatters in the Philippines crazy? Is it drugs or simply a difficult impoverished life?

Due to poverty. Those given free housing in the provinces tend to come back to metroManila due to not much jobs available in the provinces. They just sell their free housing. Free education in grade school and high schools but somehow people are not interested due to poverty. Government programs are more for propaganda of polticians and more intense during election. People squatting in metromanila have to pay fees to corrupt government officials connected with Barangays and City halls The system is too corrupt. Very sad to watch the video on pagpag – garbage food the poor have to avail of. Philippines does not welcome foreign investment to create jobs unless the few privileged people get a big share. PhilHealth controversy and Lag Lag Bala controversies illustrate the corruption porblems.

They are all in combination of health, education, financial, and economic issues as well as all sorts of deleverages in life. The numbers are countless and still growing everyday unabated. It is very sad to see and say that kind of life to exist in a country predominantly religious.
