How can you accept / deal with the poverty levels that you will see – especially in the Provinces?

    I don't think any foreigner acutally gets used to it cuz its just so hard. Time helps – because if you've been here long enough, you slowly realize that a ghetto is a ghetto: and their ghetto's are just way, way worse that those in the USA. That being said, it's no less heart-wrenching to observe.
