How do NZ expats still get their retirement pensions when living in the Philippines?

    It depends on the pension. A lot of people have private schemes, so it does not matter where they live, the proceeds are still payable. National super is paid to all over the age of 65 by right, provided they live in the country. For those who go overseas for a holiday and the like, that pension is reviewable after three months outside New Zealand, although those on government service or similar gain automatic renewals.
