None. The Philippines is no longer implementing death penalty or capital punishment as of January 2006. Capital punishment was in effect for many years for crimes like treason, murder, rape, and drug trafficking. It was suspended in 1986. Reinstated again in 1996, then eventually suspended again by R.A. 9346 in 2006.
