It is actually illegal to fly another country’s flag in public. It can be displayed on a building if it is occupied by foreigners e.g. embassies. Or the flag is displayed on a diplomatic car. But guess what? Nobody gives a damn. I personally saw a vintage looking jeep roaming around a southern city with an American flag on it and people don’t care. I think it’s fine unless: some ultra-nationalist individual filed a case against youyou fly the flag of PRC in public. Many Filipinos are hostile towards China because of the South China sea issue. You might trigger/get negative reaction from some people.Edit: Here’s the full text of the law regarding display of flags: https://www.officialgazette.gov.ph/1998/02/12/republic-act-no-8491/ Stated in Section 34 (Prohibited Acts) “h. To display in public any foreign flag, except in embassies and other diplomatic establishments, and in offices of international organizations.”
