If you follow good safety practices it should be just fine. in truth I would say you are safer in any random city here than you would be in any random city in the states. Culturally, you may find aspects of the country distateful both as a woman and a black person.

Ok let me straight. Philippines men admire women with fair and white skin. They are not interest with black women. They see black women as ugly and awful. So dont worry to get out at night even being nude at street no men will rape you as long as you don't bring a lot of money or luxury things
