I’m moving from Singapore to Manila. What are the specific comparisons of weather between Manila, Philippines, and Singapore?

Not much difference in term of heat or coolness… but there is no Typhoon season in Singapore… rainy yes, Typhoon no. Another thing you may need abit to get used to… sunrise and sunset… on the average, the Sun don't rise till nearly 7am and don't set till slightly after 7pm. Something my mother-in-law from Samar wasn't used to when she came here…

We get typhoons in Manila while in Singapore there is just the occasional rain. If you are already used to floods, storms, heavy rains in Manila, Singapore will be a breeze. When there are no rains or times of dry, the heat is almost the same, just make sure you bring an umbrella if you hate the sun like I assume you do as well back home. Don’t fret about the weather, we have been toughened in the Philippines, Singapore weather is nothing.
