How do I get a tourist visa for my Filipina girlfriend and her 3 children so she can meet my family and take them to Disney World in the USA? I’ve visited her 4 times in the Philippines and I am presently here now. I plan to retire here.

Your girlfriend and her children may apply for US visas (you can’t do it for them). Whether those visas can be issued will depend on many factors that can’t be helpfully discussed here, including her binding ties to the Philippines that can take several of dozens of forms.

You need to have her and the children apply for a US tourist visa at the US embassy. Contact the US embassy in Manila to ask them about the process or look at their website. Just be prepared the visa may not be granted if they suspect she may overstay there, so they’ll probably ask for a lot of documentation and an interview.
