What is up with all the constant texting that these Filipina girls do? I understand that I am dealing with a 24 year old, but 19 texts a day? Seriously?

Most likely, this is another ‘saturation-strategy’ designed to fill your head-space, and communication-space with her presence. She’ll start texting you constantly and repetitively about trivial stuff. Her thinking is this literally: if you are chatting with me, then you can’t be physically chatting with another girl !
