By 2022, Taguig City will “almost” be the capital of the Philippines. The judiciary branch, the Supreme Court of the Philippines which is located in Manila Proper – had brought a land in the Fort Bonifacio area with a futuristic Energy- Efficient design. They werw previously sharing a land with the University of the Philippines and wants to stay out of the decongested old Manila. Another government main branch which will be moving to Taguig is the senate, although hald of the Legislative Branch, that makes Taguig : 1/3 + 0.5/3 = 1/2 capital of the Philippines. Forget Manila, that place is the gates of hell(the old Manila), because of traffic, scalawags and traditional backwardness. Moreover, the subway system going from NAI Airport to Quezon City(the other legislative capital) which will run through the heart of Bonifacio Global City is on full swing!

I would not talk about the heavy traffic in Taguig because it is no news that it is a big problem in the metro. Your experience will depend as to where will you be staying. If you’ll be moving to Bonifacio Global City which is an upscale place to live, then you’ll surely like it. Most parts of Taguig are just like the places you would normally see in the Philippines.
