NO. While the law states that sex with 12 year olds is illegal, this does not mean that sex with kids 12 yo and above is right, or that it is normalized. The media has been twisting this narrative to get the attention of sick people like you, or people who do not seek to understand first and buy the 1950s narrative that our country is uncivilized. The age of consent use to be 12 in the Phillippines so it use to be legal in the Philippines but it is not legal anymore. The age of consent in the Philippines has now been raised to 16 so it is now illegal in the Philippines.
