If you are a Filipino Citizen I think that will be bigamy. The second and other marriages would be null, void, and not valid in the eyes of Philippine law. You should consider annulment before getting into another marriage. On the other hand, if you are not a Filipino, and your country allows divorce you can file it and it will be recognize here.

Answer: Unless your first marriage is annulled, your wife could sue you for bigamy. It’s also unfair to your second partner as she expects you to be cleaned in terms of law.
