Excellent advice by Jack Northrup. When I first moved here I had an established online marketing business based in the UK with UK clients paying UK fees while enjoying the Philippine cost of living. That's the way to go. It also cuts out all the red tape bullshit as far as work permits go etc. Plus, you'll struggle to find a decent salary because most Filipinos are willing to work for peanuts.

First, you need a working visa Then, you should find a place to rent. In a month time, you could have a job based on your experience and educational background Living here is cheaper and also compensation mostly is average $10-$15 per day. I suggest you should find jobs in IT, BPO, Hotel and Tourism Industries as they pay higher. Searching for a job. When you arrive dont forget to search jobs on hiringphilippines.com, jobstreet.com, indeed.com for the latest jobs near your residence. I hope it helps.
