How do my fiance and I finally get together? She is in the Philippines. I have known her for five years we met online and I have moved all over the USA and she moved from cebu to Manila and I want to live the rest of my life with her.

    Get a fiancé visa for her. Have her come over on the visa. Get married within 60 days of her arrival.
