What are good hotels for short-term business travelers in Iloilo City, Philippines?

Most of the hotels in Iloilo City are decently priced. My wife and I stayed a couple nights in an expensive one ($100+ USD/night) & a few nights in a budget ($25 USD/night) and not too much difference in quality & only 5 minutes away from each other. We were in and out of the room all day and only used the place to sleep so expensive rooms aren’t important to us. Taxi rides between the 2 places and malls & eateries were roughly between $2–$5 USD. So it all depends on what your needs/budgets are. Iloilo is a beautiful city. Have Fun.

I would recommend transient apartments like Obligar Apartment located near boundary of Lapaz and Jaro district as it is much cheaper than hotels. It’s like a condo unit, a home away from home.
