My favorites are giniling, halo halo and lumpia. Filipino food is bursting with flavor. I think the Philippines is the greatest country for street-food in the world. Good food is everywhere, just walk down the street. I recommend trying as many dishes as you can. The food stalls where people sell out of their homes are the best way to try different dishes.
