What should I do to get support from the father of my unborn child who lives in Texas and I live here in Philippines? How is that possible to get a financial support from him? I am 6months pregnant now and 3months to go it’s my due date.

    Until the child is born you cannot collec. However once the Child is born get with the American Embassy with his information And demand child support also a paternity test to Establish. That the father in question is the biological father

    You don’t give us much in the way of info on how you met him, what he does, etc. If he is military, you stand a better chance of getting support. You would need a lawyer to contact his Commanding Officer. You could probably get him to pay for the lawyer also. If he works with another company, perhaps the lawyer could work that way and garnish his wages.
