    Hi Raunak: If I have to eat filipino cuisine from two provinces, first I would choose Aurora cuisine The second one is Bataan cuisine That buffet look so inviting, I’m going to the Philippines one of these days!

    I am a Filipino from Mindanao and I am truly a fan of spicy food. So I’d pick the Moro food. Pater (Chicken, Beef and Tuna on top of a hot rice) It’s a convenient food. It looks simple but the taste itself already defines the delicious spices. I love it! Beef Kulma Looking forward to try this! Chicken Piaparan One of the Maranao dishes that I like the most! And most of these won’t be complete without this known Moro appetizer that goes very well with Moro food. Palapa Put this on top of the food or on the rice, good feast!
