Don't buy realestate in Phills. Keep your USA property and rent out. Rent is cheap in Asia. Rent in various cities to compare, wait years before you even think about buying. You can stay up to 3 year's on tourist visas so you don't need to commit to retire visas. Don't walk around with bling like iPhones or gold, have secret pockets in all your cloths.

Please visit Davao City and consider. Respect our culture. Do not enforced your US side way of living. Do not shout at cashiers or staff who made a mistake of hearing your order. Slang accents are not common here. Respect Filipinas. We are not easy girls. Only smoke at designated places. Obey our law or else Duterte will make you eat your ashes (yes it happened). Respect our food. Do not disrespect elders. We look upon them with high regard. lastly, we dont show skin too much. We go to pool with shirts and shorts not in bikinis. do not change this just because its uncommon to yours.
