    Yes definitely you can. Find a cheaper but safe place to rent, get a monthly lease and then curb your spending to a minimum. Use the public transport and buy your produce to the local market. Then start finding source of income. Either you can work online (freelance – philippines have a viable source of offshore workers) sell something, service, tours, etc.
