First, simplify what you mean by ‘date.’If you mean going out with a 15 year old Filipina and hanging around for fun, it is okay.But when the word date means you go out for fun and sex; it is illegal. Having sex with a girl who is above 12 years and below 18 can be considered a violation of Philippine law; could be ‘abduction with consent’ or ‘seduction with consent’ depending on the underlying circumstances that might happen.You can get charged if her parents or guardians were to file a case; but you will be lucky if they will not; like in most cases, parents prefer to find a quiet settlement to avoid public humiliation by their family that can be brought by long litigation process.

Setting aside the valuable and pretty consistent comments of those below, for a second, I have a few Q’s for you to consider: What will your “dates” look like? Amusement park visits or dinners out (with everyone assuming you are her dad)?What do you two have in common? What could you possibly even talk about? Your lives are prob. so different… Very unlikely you two even like the same music; andEven if you don’t plan on it, your dates could ultimately end up between the sheets, which kicks over an endlessly huge bucket of serious legal issues for you, and equally serious social issues for her.
