Around 94 percent of the country are very save. Unsave are parts of Mindanao and nearby islands, Cebu, Angeles and parts of Metro Manila. There is one small corner at the east of Luzon and islands in front of the coast, where a self declared Communist liberation front is active. Its better to avoid this area also.

It depends are they moving in for work or for retirement? if so please answer me below ill suggest a couple of places best to live at depending on your friends’ agenda =)
