    Short answer: because it is easy for foreigners to be fooled online. It is because for foreigners, it is impossible to know who these women really are, and where they come from. It is impossible to know these women that you're talking to you if you don't know where they come from. Many come from desperate situations, and they will say and do anything to get out of their desperation. The only way you can figure out who they really are is to visit in person and SEE with your OWN EYES what situation they are coming from.
