    Absolutely it is a good idea for young foreign professional to move to Baguio City or any city where they wish to work or live. Baguio City is a safe place and due to its high altitude the place is much cooler than in most parts of the Philippines. I believe there are a number of foreign students in medicine and professionals now studying and/or working in Baguio City.

    There’s not a lot of job competitions there compare to big world cities like New York, so yes, you’ll be the one who’s got a higher standard of education if you do so. But I suggest you work your ass off in the USA and invest all your money there and it will inflate 50x depending on exchange.
