Just one: Don't. Don't live here. It's a crowded place with narrow streets and urban planning from the depths of hell. You have one main highway with Zapote and Las Piñas Bayan on one end and Alabang on the other. Between the two and on either side of the highway are various villages, schools, shopping malls – can you even imagine what this four-lane highway is like during rush hour, when just everyone pours out from said villages, schools, and malls? Go live in the hills of Antipolo or Maragondon. Invest in a good internet connection. Work from home and come out only to play. Stay away from Las Piñas.

Always take care of personal belongings.Heavy traffic is a norm.Always bring something to counter the heat when going outdoors.Avoid talking to strangers who offer to-good-to-be-true deals. There are many notorious syndicates with such MOs out there.
