Can a Hispanic girl and Filipino boy work out? Because I have a boyfriend who lives in the Philippines and I’m Hispanic but I was born in USA and he and I dated for a year but I’m worried because I seen Filipino girls then boys someone help

Sure it could work out, but how did you date him? If you dated him in real life for a year you’d already know that it could work out. Did he go back to the Philippines? Is he a US citizen planning to return to the US? Or did you date him online for a year without ever meeting him and he’s just a Filipino kid in the Philippines? The problem with that is either you or he would have to be really well off to be able to afford an international relationship and make that happen. Philippines is extremely far from the US and such relationships require serious $$$. If you or him doesn’t have that you’ll find this becoming increasingly frustrating because he might just be a poor kid in the Philippines and you’ll find that traveling there to meet your boyfriend is super expensive and you need that money for your ordinary life, while you probably won’t be able to settle in the Philippines easily. If you have a budget of 8-10K USD per year to make this relationship happen then go for it, otherwise you are not being realistic for starters even, and this is just an online romance between kids. I’m guessing that’s not the answer your were expecting, but that’s real life.

If you have money, trust and good communication, it can work out. But with coronavirus infecting people at an all time high, how are you gonna work it out with someone thousands of miles away? Only thing you can do is Video call, phone call and text. This is why LDR fails in this case.
