How much will a house cost in the Philippines if it will be built like the ones we see on the Netflix series “extraordinary homes”?

In my experience in designing private estates here in PH, that falls at around $1k per sqm. at minimum. Architect’s fee at certain %. Say total of $1.5k per sqm. with engineering Also, the cheapest land so far here in high end villages are around $1k per sq. with lot cuts no lower than 400sqm. So account that as well

Can build a luxury 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom solid brick house in rural areas of Ph for about 20k dollars. or a bamboo house for about 2k dollars. Land in rural PH sells for about $55 per sq meter but foreigners must be married to a Philippine citizen to buy land.
