Does one get acclimatised to the heat eventually when moving from Europe to the Philippines?

Yes you get acclimated to an area if you are there long enough. It’s just like if you live in an area with 4 seasons. All winter you have been through freezing temps and suddenly you get a 50 degree day. You want to wear a T shirt. But in the summer of constant 90 degree days, if you get a 50 degree day, you ready for a hooded sweatshirt because you’re freezing……

Having traveled a lot in the Navy i can say your body will be acclimatised pretty quickly it wont be overnight but normaly it a few weeks you should be ok now hot us hot where ever you are and it gets very hot in Europe too the difference is it doesnt stay hot all the time (you'll be ok)
