I recently checked a Studio type Condo here in Cebu, For a bare unit within the city the price is around 1 Million to 2 Million ( $20k-$40k). You have the option to pay it in full or installment/s around $300/per month. If you are looking for a unit within the city the unit for sure is a bit pricey but again that really depends on what type of unit you are looking for. For me it’s better to buy a bare unit than fully furnished that will cost you another Million. Be Wise! Jess Naya ♥

It depends on where it is, the developer and the amenities (parking , pool, community center, others) Near the city center like on Lahug, or Gorordo, or in Mango Avenue could be up to 2M pesos in cash or with the help of a housing loan from a bank or a governement agency, it will be like renting, paying about 10–15,000 pesos per month and someday own it like after 20–30 years. Ours is 6,000 pesos per month (market value of less than a million pesos, if paid in cash) with the help of philippine housing loan fund, about 20-min away from city center, 25 square studio, it’s a box really, parking is an issue, and expansion is ongoing, walk-up 4 floors (no need lift) there is a monthly condo dues which is being debated on as it is being collected via the water bill, you pay your water along with maintenance for the condo units (includes security, cleaning crew and garbage collection, etc). After a long day at work, it’s that space you go to, and it is better than renting.
