When it comes to finding a place, I advice that you don’t go too far from downtown Butuan because the water pressure decreases as you move away from the water source, which is at Taguibo, Butuan City. But there are reservoirs and tanks to compensate the decrease in water pressure. If you are planning to stay far from the hustle and bustle of Butuan, then you should install a water tank facility especially when you’re having your bathroom up in the 2nd to 3rd floors.

The place is lovely but be careful. It is the natural habitat of the most dangerous species in the planet. I’ll give you a clue: It walks on two legs and speaks Visaya/Cebuano/Butuanon.
