Brasilian women are probably the most beautiful and sexy women in the whole world, but the Philippines would win because of several things: there is no language barrier as most Filipinos can speak some English. Also, class barriers are way less entrenched in the PH than in Brasil. Brasileros discriminate openly on the basis of not only race, but on the actual shade of skin colour. Many Brasileros also have a certain attitude of superiority, and don't LOVE Americans in the way that Filipinos do. Of course Brasil is a massive country and attitudes differ from region to region.
