First of all, in the Philippines, it’s not like they have this strong dislike towards black men but more like a preference and what I am trying to say is the majority prefers white men, regardless if he’s American or European as long as he is white, well, they probably look the same from each other in a Filipino lady’s eyes lol. I just don’t really know why they prefer white men more(of course I can’t point out the exact reason of the majority) and yes most of them are also not into Indian men just like how they are with black men. There’s probably a few percentage of Filipino women who are into black men and even Indian men. If ever there are Filipino women who are into black men, they probably still prefer a type of beauty, if we’re talking about deeper details. Honestly, I rarely see Filipino-black couples in the Philippines, there are more Filipino-white couples here. But nowadays, some Filipino women are into black guys probably due to the rise of hip-hop, rap and NBA. After all, if you’ll meet someone who is just right for you, everything won’t matter anymore and oh, also, please be gentle with them. They are a bunch of demure individuals every man likes. Soft like whipped cream. What’s on your mind? That is it. Cheers!

Like every question in the form: Do X people like Y people? The answer is some do and some don’t. I have been the to Philippines and it seems like Filipinas are very open to foreigners, including Black Americans. Being from a relatively rich country gives you bonus points.
