How much is a 9000 square feet two story house with 10000 square feet of land in the Philippines?

That is like putting 25 lbs of potatos into a 5 lb bag. It wont fit. You just stated that the land is 1000 sq ft. The house is 9000 sq ft and 2 storys. That means the house is probably 4500 sq ft on the bottom story and 4500 on the top. How do you plan to fit 4500 sq ft into a space that is 1000 sq ft? It wont fit.

The house will be 9000 square feet and the land will be 10,000 square feet in the Philippines or anywhere else governed by the rules of Euclidean geometry.
