It depends which country you are from. If you are from surrounding countries then you do not need any documentation as tourist. If not you can ask your travel agent to assist in getting a short visit visa or you can check with the nearest Singapore consulate on getting a visa

Assuming you have the Philippines Nationality, all you need is a valid Philippines Passport and a confirmed return ticket for stays up-to 30 days, whether for business or touristic purposes. Proof of sufficient funds for the duration of your stay is also required.
