How much will it cost to tear down a wall in a house in the Philippines for a renovation? E.g., we would like to remove the wall that separates the dining room and the kitchen.

First you need a structural engineer to determine the beam to support the ceiling.Second a contractor that will follow the structural engineers diagram.Does the Philippines have permits and inspectors? Are there electrical lines in that wall? If so and electrician to re-route the wiring. What was on the wall? Are you losing storage? Do you have a plan for the flooring between the kitchen an dining room? I’m sure there will be other surprises. The cost, a lot and a lot of disruption.

Answer: Hire on day rate a mason for concrete wall or carpenter for timber to rear down your wall. Usually the day rate anywhere between 700-1000 pesos depending on their skill.
