    I believe Santolan Pasig is one of the most livable barangay in Pasig, It is close to Quezon City and Marikina if you work in Makati or Ortigas there are plenty of Ways to travel (Train, UVExpress, Tricycle). the people are quite friendly although Santolan is very populated. Overall for me, since its really close to Marikina, you might as well check that also. Marikina is really known to be a clean and very peaceful neighborhood.
