There's no way to be objective and honestly answer this question. No one can say the women in one city is any better than any other city in the Philippines. you will find beautiful sincere Philipina's though out the Philippines. If that's what you are looking for is a Philipina wife then i suggest trying some of the Philippines dating site's or hit the Facebook dating site's, you will meet alot of beautiful sincere women who are looking for a sincere relationship. Any city will do but since I am from Cebu, of course, I will say it must be women in Cebu city. If you want a very sweet and loving (malambing) Filipina gf of wife, then go to Ilocos. Ilonggas are known for being super sweet while Cebuanas are known for being resilient and meek but fierce.
