Hint: Duterte! I would say Davao is the best place to live in Mindanao. It’s relatively safe and progressive. People there are well-disciplined mainly due to the strict and justly law & ordinance implementation. The land area of Davao is massive and the city has become to one of the most progressive cities in the Philippines because of the massive foreign investments.

That is easy, Davao , I have lived here now for 2.5 years it is compared to Manila very clean and not so polluted , Hospitals and shopping malls are very good also Security is better here also expats live a fairly good life here you have plenty of resorts on Samal island crime against expats is relatively low you can walk the streets without getting mugged .
