What is the difference between Thailand, Malaysia, and Philippines if I want to live as a professional online, in-city, or close in an amazing condos or house?

Bangkok has decent public transportation and you can walk around to local supermarkets or the gym. It has amazing rooftop bars and if your budget allows, great condos. You can rent a scooter and go just about anywhere. Kuala Lumpur is spread out and you have to drive everywhere. Most social contact will happen only inside malls, which you have to drive to. Manila except for a few portions of it is an ugly city with older poorer buildings. You do have to drive most places.
