The answers here are very outdated. I was also quite astonished by the cheap prices in 2013! This is my answer given on 25 May 2018. Generally, for newer buildings, the rental rate is about 1000 peso per sqm per month. There are occasional cases of nicer buildings asking for 1100 peso per sqm per month. If you are from America, Europe, Japan or Singapore, you can probably get 10% off because such tenants are preferred by landlords. If you want official receipt (landlord need to pay hefty tax on this), usually a 10% markup to my prices cited won't be enough in most cases. We are looking at ~20%-30% markup. Exceptions: One Serendra is built 10 years ago but due to its location and quality, it is still 1000 peso per sqm per month. For older buildings built about 8-10 years ago such as Bellagio, Bellagio 2, Fifth Avenue Place and Forbestown, and certain parks of McKinley, the rental can be ~800 peso per sqm per month. So just take the size of the condo and multiple by the rate I cited above to get a quick estimate. Parking slots are usually 5000–7000 peso per slot.
