I suggest getting a property in Fairview it is the most accessible place I know here in Q.C. (it is also where I live, well sort of) because considering how large this municipality people usually use cars for hours just to get from one place to another but unlike here in Fairview one tricycle ride would bring you to almost every place you may want to be. Fairview contains everything you may need without traveling for hours and the place is somehow a one-stop shop with schools, churches, malls, supermarkets, laundromats, vet clinics, foodparks government agencies, and hospitals being near each other.

Quezon City is the city of the stars as they call it. The senate is located here, too, so most senators and congressmen live around the city. They would not choose to live here if it isnt the best to live in. Traffic is all over the metro, but because we have so many trees in here, the air is fresher and cleaner; this is especially true around Commonwealth Avenue, UP campus, and in the circle. If you are not a Filipino, you will find it easy to live in the areas of BF Homes, Filinvest, Katipunan, to name a few as there are a lot of other foreigners who live in said places. There are train stations here, too If youre the type of person who doesnt enjoy the long period of time traveling. The metro is flooded when it rains but not where I come from. I hope this one helped! Good luck!
