Go to: Makati City Mandaluyong Pasay City Malate Fort bonifacio Ortigas Centre These are all great places to go not necessarily just pasay but in the NCR(national capital region) Stay away from: Tondo, manila Sarangani Province North Cotabato Province South Cotabato Province General Santos City Sultan Kudarat Province Lanao del Sur Province Lanao del Norte Province Iligan City Not all within the NCR but still should be avoided, in these areas there is a decently high kidnap rates and for tondo there is a estimate of 1 murder per week(that's pretty high) also its the place with the highest crime rate in the entire Philippines

There might be patches of big houses in Pasay City, but most people living in there are below the poverty line. Thanks to the ill-gotten notion that politicians can be corrupt, roads, housing plans, trash collection, crime, homelessness, are all in abundance.
