The Provinces are idyllic , the women are beautiful and traditional, and land is generally cheaper, but there are issues. People are uneducated, and clannish, and compartively poor. You have to be careful in how you deal with them. As a foreigner you will be far, far, richer than anyone in your surrounding area. This makes you stick out and can also put a target on your back. People naturally believe that you have alot of money and this can make you a target. It is hard to blend in.
