Palawan, as a whole province, with it natural beauty, and relatively peaceful society, is the best province. Palawan Island in the Philippines voted best in the world Well, for them. And most likely, for you. But for me, I will still choose my own, Quezon Province when combined with its former territory, Aurora Province as the most beautiful. (Until year 1951, Aurora was part of Quezon. Aurora is the name of the wife of former president Manuel Quezon who was born in Baler). Boracay like islands of Cagbalete, Balesin, Borawan, Alibijaban.Polilio reef, an underrated diving site, and the whole Polilio group of islandsMount Banahaw and Sierra Madre mountain range, with its springs, waterfalls and riversPacific Ocean coastline, with its waves for surfing, and waves crashing the amazing rock formations.fish, seafood, carabao meat, snails cooked in coconut creamMy favorite fruit, rambutan; and others favorite, lansones (August to November)proximity and cheap travel Manila. Yes, I still want to enjoy Manila from time to time.Probably, for others, Quezon and Aurora combined can make it to the top 5…

I cannot really say which one because we have lots of beautiful provinces.Way up North, there is Batanes which people say is the Scotland of the country. Then Sagada, Mt. Province is called by some as the Swiss. There is Kalanggaman Island in Leyte. Coron and El Nido in Palawan are stunning with their beaches. So is Boracay Island in Aklan, Panglao in Bohol also comes into the picture. It all depends on how it can be called a beautiful province. Is it for the beaches, mountains, ruins, landscapes?
