Please briefly explain why you feel this question should be reported.
Can you link two bank accounts to one personal PayPal account? One is a Taiwan Visa card and the other is a Philippines Visa card.

To the best of my knowledge, Paypal will not send money to a credit card although you can use a card to back payments. However you can attach any bank accounts you like in my experience, both from various banks and from various countries. This can be the best way to handle currency exchange costs.

You can link only ONE Bank account (to be verified)and as many debit and credit cards in your name as you like. Their countries of issue are irrelevant. Both your cards and one bank account can be linked to PayPal!
