Filipinas who are deeply in love with their man literally smother him with affection and attention. They want to be constantly around you, or in contact with you when you are not around. Actually they don’t really want to let you out of their sight: it is a 24/7 full-court press. It can be annoying and difficult to deal with as a foreigner who is typically used to people ‘wanting their own space’. The upside is this: the very behaviours that indicate her sincere love for you are the SAME indicators that show when she is falling out of love with you, b/c when any of these behaviours are suddenly ramped-back, then you can be sure that there will be trouble ahead.

How you met your Filipina in the first place may be an indicator of whether or not you’ll keep her. If you picked her up in a bar or on the street by flashing dollars and bling, then that means that she’s for sale. Someone who is for sale, will quickly re-sell themselves to the next highest bidder.
