I want to build a house in the Philippines and it is 100 square meters. How much will it cost me in a bario of Tabueng Aritao, Nueva Vizcaya?

At 2020 construction labor and material costs you should be able to have a 100 square meter house built for between $15,000.00 USD and $25,000.00 USD depending on the features and finishes you pick. Of course you can always spend more if you want more.

As with most things… It all depends… A great rule of thumb, albeit might be a bit high in the location mentioned, is to compute the floor area of the house to anywhere between 20,000 – 30,000 Pesos per sq.mtr. So in this case: 20K x 100 = 2,000,000 to 3,000,000 PHP finished. Again this is a rough estimate and can easily be reduced depending on the amount of risk you are willing to take.
